I hope you enjoy this is 8 hour collection of some of the history for sleep stories, visiting 4 different eras and people. We start off with our Medieval Knight in England, then we head to Ancient Athens to visit a philosopher walking home. After that we go to Ancient Egypt after a worker on the Pyramids finishes his day, and then we finish with the story of a Viking whos finished his chores for the day and is heading back to his Longhouse for some sleep.
