Today I'm showing you how I track my food every week so you can stay consistent with your health.   Have you ever tried to follow a diet and gave up because the food got boring, you had too many cravings and got stressed out?   Maybe you had some consistency for a week or 2, then threw in the towel and went back to your old ways?   Today, we’re going to discuss my simple and effective way to visually track your food without using MyFitnessPal, calorie counting, macros, and micronutrients, or anything like that.   Understand that I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or health professional.
