Today, we’re going to discuss my simple and effective way to visually track your food without using MyFitnessPal, calorie counting, macros, and micronutrients, or anything like that. Understand that I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or health professional. If you really want to get more specific advice on your health, go see a nutritionist. I’m just a dude that wants to eat healthy foods 80-90% of the time and be able to enjoy some pizza and beer with friends without feeling guilty when I do it.
