Born and bred in South Dunedin, New Zealand he came from a successful family framework which always supported each other. Nathan suffered from Perthes Disease at a young age and was in a wheelchair for 9 months. The doctors constantly told Nathan that he could never run or play sports, however this proved to be the catalyst for his passion in achieving great success in cricket.“How do you define success? Trying to get to the point where you’re performing at a higher level consistently. The things that are involved are drive and determination and a willingness to work hard.
