#8 - Joost Röselaers, Algemeen Secretaris van de Remonstranten (S01)

“Een dag voor mijn sollicitatie hoorde ik in de muziek van Mahler: Ik ben van God en behoor tot God” In Onderweg een uur lang een gesprek met Joost Röselaers, een man die zich altijd een buitenbeentje voelt. Hij is algemeen secretaris van de remonstranten en predikant in Vrijburg, Amsterdam en houdt van verbindingen leggen en van grenzen opzoeken. Hij groeide de eerste 17 jaar van zijn leven op in Genève en Dakar, zat op internationale scholen maar kreeg wel Nederlandse les. Toen hij op zijn 17e terugkwam naar Nederland moest hij wennen aan de Hollandse mentaliteit: Iedereen had een mening. Nu heeft hij die ook altijd wel en die laat hij dan ook horen via bijvoorbeeld dagbladen, of vanaf de kansel.
