Man, it's been a tough year, probably the hardest year of my entire life. And nothing can change what's happened.Yet, I also believe that so much good learning can be found in the pain and suffering. It's not to erase what happened, but to change and evolve as a result of it. Here are my biggest lessons from 2022. I hope one or more speak to you wherever you're at in your own journey. #1: Invest into your community#2: Be ok with losing people (and don’t take it personally) #3: Increasing revenue isn’t worth it if the home life suffers#4: Paid ads is a pain in the ass#5: Be authentic to your brand and lead with vulnerability#6: The faster you want to grow, the more stressful it’ll be#7: Getting more clients can actually hurt your business#8.
