Here are eight of the questions on that worksheet that can help you improve your podcast.   Pick an episode from a few weeks back. Listen to it in real time. Then ...   Ask yourself these questions   Did you accomplish the goals you set for this episode? How did you make the audience care? How did you include the listener, making them part of the story? Where were the “oh wow” moments? What was memorable about the show? At what points did you introduce and reset the show/topic? What stories did you tell? Where did you use active language?
