#8: Self worth, communicating our worth and believing in it

Have you watched the new Air movie? Well, you should! This episode focuses on a lesson I learnt from the movie. I always talk about our self worth, communicating our worth and believing in it but this movie gave me a new perspective and a new vocabulary to talk about this topic. I.e. to talk about being bold and being unapologetic about what matters to us. If you believe you are worth what you are asking for, that you deserve what you desire, there is no stopping you honey! Doesn’t matter if it’s in dating, if it’s in business, friendships, family, wealth, health, etc. Michael Jordan’s mom is who I am focusing on in this episode because she is the strong female character that communicates and demands her son’s worth from shoe companies in a way that is mind blowing in my view!
