Effects of dehydration.  Water by weight and consumption   Rest What happens when you are in need of rest and effects of fatigue.   4.food Calorie and the 3 stages of starvation   Health First aid Continued health care Basic hygiene Combat injuries   Security and mobility Scouting, tracking, concentric rings, perimeters. Vehicle setup/plan Moving away from danger and to a more secure area. Always being ready to move Staying mobile   Contact Having a network and ability to send and receive information Ability to make contact and be rescued if required  Methods of contact such as writing, by radio use, use of computers to email, and other methods need to be established Situational awareness of what is going on in the world around you.   Information Accumulated data or instructions PDFs, books, maps, how to guides, etc.
