In this episode Steve Keels shares what it really looks like for us to lead with strength through our weakness.  He shares his own personal story of losing his son and how God’s grace continues to provide him strength to lead others. Steve is the Executive Discipleship Pastor at Good Shepherd Community Church in Boring, Oregon. He oversees groups, adult bible studies and men’s ministry. Each of these areas are focused on people growing in community as they live life alongside each other.  He led a large student ministry for years and his passion for reaching the next generation has never left him.
