#8 The Bus (Tour Fitness Monologue)

Welcome to 2019! I wanted to bring in the new year with a recollection of last year's tour of Europe and the UK. I truly think that this is a semi-unique experience. On one hand, we don't all get to do it. On the other hand, when you see just how many tour buses are around you in big bus carparks like at the O2 Stadium in London - it becomes apparent that there are thousands of people on the road every day. This is my novice experience of 5 weeks on a tour bus, trying my best to stay fit, stay healthy and stay in touch with reality. Spoiler: Insightful Failure ahead.
