8: "Weird Cryptid Nonsense"

In this themed episode of Fic Clique, your hosts discuss "This is not a dream" by Aguacates (BTS RPF) @11:45, "dreaming through the decades" by theappleppielifestyle (MCU) @30:12, and "The Denial Twist" by beethechange (BFU RPF) @1:02:33. This episode is a special one, as it's Brenna's birthday episode! To celebrate she picked one of her favorite tropes - dreamsharing - as the theme. In the midst of it all we talk about the strength of loving yourself, the way authors choose to establish their worldbuilding, and how the liminal spaces of dreams gives you freedom.
