#8 Which Gender Puppy Is Better For A Family? Male or Female?

The amount of times someone has said to me, "Boy dogs are more affectionate and playful while girl dogs are more standoffish," is insane! And everytime I hear it, I internally wince because it's so far from the truth.  We cannot continue to make generalisations about the temperament of dogs based on their gender and a family definitely should NOT be making such a huge, 15 year commitment based off these claims.  So in today's episode, I want to explain what information a family SHOULD be basing their decisions on when getting a puppy.
