80.5.5 Dupper's Covid Plan that Greg asked for but wouldn't let him say

That title is long! This is Dupper's first solo show. Greg demanded a Covid plan from Dupper during Listeners Lounge but wouldn't let him talk. Soooo....this is the response. Our first ever solo pod on the Take Warning Network. It's not super funny, but this is how Dupper would have handled this pandemic. Dupper created this plan while on the toilet, so why hasn't the government been able to do anything reasonable after a trillion dollars and multiple years?
