Hey grateful ones! Happy 2022! I hope you are all safe and well. I know this year must feel like a repeat of the last year (and the year before that) but I like to think we are emerging from it all with a better understanding of ourselves, and the people around us. This guided meditation I'm about to share with you- think of it as like a pregame to start your “best year yet.” Something that will allow you to be in a better headspace so that you can start becoming the better you that you want to be. We can read all these books and listen to all these podcasts, but if your mind and body are not in a grateful place, it may be harder for you to move the way you want to. You can listen to this whenever you feel the need to, and wherever you are- to prepare you to start your day, or even before you go to bed, when you’re about to enter a meeting or do a presentation.
