Have you ever stopped to wonder what scripts from others have you adopted that are not serving you? If you'd reflect back on moments in your life will you realize that many of the actions you took (or didn't), choices you made (or didn't), and priorities you set (or didn't) happened by default; guided by the expectations of society and others, and not by your own inner compass. According to cognitive psychology, each of us has a life script or schema - whether we are aware of it or not. A life script is another way of describing the meaning we attribute to the events that happen to us.  In this episode, I'm joined by coach Hayden Humphrey to discuss how exploring the patterns in your life and breaking the scripts that no longer serve you can help you create the positive changes you need.
