80. It's all about the journey

We tend to get so fixated on the destination that we forget to enjoy the journey. How many times have you get to the finish line and realized it wasn't what you were expecting, that you didn’t felt any different, or that the excitement of getting there only lasted a hot minute and then it was gone but you spent months, sometimes years on the journey?  You probably have heard before that happiness is about the journey and not the destination.
