#80 Questioning Your Behaviours Around Money

In this solo episode of Let’s Talk Money and More Podcast I talk about the importance of understanding our negative behaviours around money show up and understand:• What thoughts follow this behaviour• How does it make you feel/what emotions come up• What action or reaction then takes place? And to then understand the results of this behaviour. Are the results wanted or unwanted? Bringing the unconscious into the conscious, allows you to decide how you can move away from those negative behaviours, towards behaviours that support the results you want to see. In addition, I will also take you through a method I use with my clients, the ADIOS framework say goodbye to limiting beliefs about money. Key TakeawaysA is for awareness.
