Tom Cruise once said, "I feel the need – the need for speed." He could very well have been summarizing how many of us are feeling nearly 40 years later. (Yes, it has been that long. #old) Whether it be a need for belonging, more money, a clearer identity, more engaging work, or something else so many of us are looking for the short and quick path to "better".
