from School Hours or Less: The Podcast for Mums & Moms Building Profitable Businesses Around Family Life · host Kirsty Knight

In this week's episode, I go into the importance of having both a short and long-term vision for your life and business. I explore the reasons behind why you need one and the link between having one and taking effective action in your business today. I give you a number of exercises to do and helpful hints and tips for developing your 2022 vision and beyond.  I also dive into the resistance you might have when it comes to doing this and give you a number of strategies for making the process of creating your vision easier. This will help you head into 2022 with greater clarity and confidence about what you are trying to create, as well as helping you; focus on what matters, say 'yes' to opportunities that will move you closer to your vision, and 'no' to projects that will take you further from it.
