80. Talking Real Life with Matt Grant

from The Betar Project · host Nick Betar

Welcome back to The Betar Project I am your host Nick Betar. This week I am joined by an absolute legend in Matt Grant to talk about his Mental Health journey which started when an obsessive party life resulted in Matt being basically bed ridden with Chronic Fatigue. This brought on negative feelings of worthlessness and led to Matt going down the dark hole of Depression. Life has been tough but Matt has bounced back and is constantly working towards being the best version of himself for not only himself but for his 3 beautiful children, wife and everyone in his life. Matt is a bloke who genuinely cares and loves to help people which you will see with his raw emotion and vulnerability. I really enjoyed this chat and I'm glad we have now connected. Thankyou to Matt for jumping on the podcast it was a pleasure. Also grateful for everyone who listens to the podcast, if it is your first time welcome I hope you enjoy.
