80: Thanks, Cox!

from The Tangent

It's a five man crew this week as Gary returns to the podcast. First, we've got what is now our weekly Overwatch update. Gary, Brian, and Justin both find something amiss when playing with a certain friend online. But they have a strategy on how to deal with it. Well, three of them do. Also, there's some commentary on who should be buffed and who should actually be nurfed. Interesting stuff. We then return to Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. It turns out the game is pretty good. Following that is the Fallout 4 DLC, in what is hopefully the last discussion about it for awhile (unlikely). Gary makes sure to talk about the Battlefield 1 demo, because it turns out him and Brian don't exactly see eye to eye on it. In a bit of a surprise, four us managed to attend the Boston Festival of Indie Games over at MIT in Cambridge. It's a small local indie game event that consisted of about 30 or so indie developers and table top board game designers and creators. It was a nice showcase, and we talk about some of the games that we saw there, so especially take a listen to that. In the Drunken News, we hammer away at the big news about the PS4 this week, along with Nintendo showing up at the Apple event, and of course, some early numbers from Metroid Prime: Federation Force.   The Drunken Show Notes: Metroid Prime: Federation Force flops Apple Reveals All-New 'Super Mario Run' Game Coming to iOS Nintendo Only Launching Four Mobile Games In This Fiscal Year HDR gaming coming to every PS4 via firmware update next week The PlayStation 4 Pro is not an Ultra HD Blu-ray player Sony's PS4 Pro provides a mid-generation graphics bump to PS4 games [Updated] PlayStation 4 Pro games look amazing, but don't expect real 4K BioWare teases new Mass Effect: Andromeda details at Sony PS4 event Pokémon GO Plus, JUST AROUND THE CORNER No PS4 Pro 4K Blu-ray support?
