Side note: if you are someone who finds seeing your weight and jumping on the scales triggering, I’d suggest not listening to this episode. You certainly don’t need to know or track your weight in order to change your body composition. The scales are only one single measure of progress, and I work with many women who choose not to weigh themselves at all - which I whole-heartedly support.
