Real connection is not created by saying the right things or trying to fix each other. It grows from inner capacity, from the ability to stay fully present with emotions, uncertainty and truth. A kind of presence that does not rush to solve, analyze or change, but allows clarity and healing to emerge naturally. Your own inner journey shapes the quality of your relationships. If you haven´t faced your own shadows, you will be likely  overwhelmed by another human being expressing their emotions, as your own suppressed ones get triggered in that moment. The deepest gift we can offer another person is not an advice, it's the trust in their greatness, their capability, their own divine guidance and to remain while they walking through the fire.
