Start slow and work up based on diet and exercise of course? - Track Step count. Work up to 10K steps/day = 5 miles. Sedentary job, 45 min. Walk helps me get this. - Track calories. Then Track Macros. Then shoot for 75/25 days on & off. 4-5 days/week of hitting them. - Drink 1G of Water. Replace a lot of empty calories. Can add Mio. 6. How do you get over a period of grief and start focusing on yourself? - Give yourself some grace. - Forgive yourself. - It takes time. 7.
