81 - From Near-Death to Running for Congress with Dr Christopher Brandlin.

Hello Humans! Welcome to the 81st Show housed in “The Human Theatre”. Today’s episode is with someone whose life reads like three biographies in one! Dr Christopher Paul Brandlin has lived at the intersection of fitness, law, health and public police for decades. From wrestler to personal trainer, natural bodybuilding champion, attorney, dietetic technician, real estate broker, PhD in Public Policy, and now a Congressional candidate - his path is anything but ordinary. In this conversation, we dive into the health challenges that shaped him, his deep understanding of America’s nutrition and health crisis, the political forces behind Big Food and Big Pharma, and the health optimisation tools he stands by today. It’s a grounded, eye-opening discussion about resilience, personal responsibility, and what it really takes to fight for health freedom. Dr. Christopher Paul Brandlin graduated from California State University at Long Beach in 2007 where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School in 2010. As a former wrestler in high school, Dr. Brandlin continued his fitness journey throughout college and law school. While Dr. Brandlin was a student at CSU Long Beach, he was a personal trainer at 24-hour fitness while training clients in between his classes, and he was the fraternity president for Tau Kappa Epsilon. During law school as a full-time student, Dr. Brandlin also ran his own business as a personal trainer, and he competed in sprint triathlons and All-Natural Bodybuilding on the weekends, and he won the Mr. Los Angeles Natural title in 2010 while being published in Muscle and Fitness Magazine. Even after he became licensed as an attorney, he earned an Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Dietetics from Central Arizona College in 2015 and became a Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) after passing the national exam. Dr. Brandlin also became a licensed Real Estate Broker in California in 2015. He also obtained his MBA degree in Finance from Fayetteville State University in 2022. Moreover, he recently obtained his PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University in Minnesota. Dr. Brandlin has been licensed to practice law in California since 2011 and holds an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale Hubbell. He has been named as a Rising Star in the Super Lawyers Magazine since 2020. He is also licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Further, he has been recently admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.
