81: Let's Reflect-Questions to Ask When You're CELEBRATING an Accomplishment or Milestone (Part 1)!

Today's episode is all about CELEBRATING!!! Whether it's the mini-steps on a journey, any sort of milestone, or even the competition of an entire goal, we gotta  pause & CELEBRATE our faces off! The thing you're celebrating-- starting anything, a certain # of downloads, the two pink strips on a pregnancy test, the resignation letter, the promotion, making the doctor's appointment, etc.-- is HUGE & deserves to be reveled in because you DID it! So, let's link arms and pause in order to reflect for a moment before jumping into the next thing, step, or phase. If we don't, we risk the opportunity to pump ourselves up for whatever is coming next, but also... if we don't reflect, we lose out on so much growth and lessons and feeling proud.
