81. Trials, Triumphs, and Favs on a very busy week!

from Practically Speaking Mom: Intentional Mom, Strong Family · host Val Harrison, The Practically Speaking MOM

Hey Mama, this week will give you some hope about your VALLEYS in life.  You know they have PURPOSE, right?  Not only that, but do you know that your valleys are often your victories in the making?! It's been a very busy seven days at my house!  After a week of spending time with my favorite visitors of all - my grown kids and their kiddos (plus my kids that I'm still raising) - I thought I would share with you some things I'm getting right, some things I'm NOT getting right YET, and a mom hack that is actually from my daughter Becca, mom to my little VIPs that you met a couple of week's ago on episode 79. COMBO PARENTING, what is it and how do we handle it better?  This is also on this week's podcast.  If you have multiple kids at different ages or stages, then you're really going to want to learn about Combo Parenting.  I introduce it this week, but I'm thinking maybe we should do an entire episode about it sometime.  Let me know, do you want an entire episode dedicated to it?  Listen to the episode to hear what it is, and then let me know if you want more about it!I gave you a mom hack this week that includes the use of protein powder. My favorite protein powders are...Trim Healthy Mama (THM protein is a whey protein. Here's my affiliate link to Trim Healthy Mama.  If you order through this link, it may help me a little financially. Click Here). Update: Trim Healthy Mama has since come out with a plant based protein that targets balancing blood sugar!Arbonne (Arbonne's protein is a plant-based protein. Here's Steph Fisher's link Click Here).
