What 3 things do Social Work and Construction have in common?  We both hold space for digging deep and doing hard work. We both have humans who are struggling with very human experiences. Innovative Social Workers are needed in these spaces. Adam Read is an experienced multifamily construction superintendent comfortable with managing $50-80M projects.
