Ever notice that a kaleidoscope of images surround us daily, still and in living motion? It is the artist who sees the miracles in both the great and seemingly ordinary things. Using paintbrushes or cameras, these visions and images can be preserved. That way these pictures can be admired again and again.

On this episode you will encounter Amanda Erlinger, an artist and photographer. Amanda Erlinger is a native of Los Angeleno. Amanda gives thanks to her grandfather for teaching her certain artist’s techniques and concepts. Amanda Erlinger’s grandfather was someone known to the whole world. His name? Frank Sinatra.

The late Frank Sinatra, was not only a vocalist, recording artist and actor, but also a painter. Amanda Erlinger compiled a book of photographs, working with Robin Morgan. The book’s title is simple. “SINATRA.” It is the only sanctioned, luxury book in commemoration of the centenary, that’s 100 years since Frank Sinatra’s birth.

The Paul McGregor Podcast Paul McGregor On the 4th March 2009, my life changed forever. My Dad, the man I looked up too, the man who in my eyes had 'everything' on paper took his own life. After it happened I struggled to deal with the grief, I buried the pain and found myself asking the question 'why' over and over again. I too then found myself struggling with depression and anxiety. This Podcast is all about documenting not only my own personal journey to discovering more about mental health and suicide, but to also document other stories too. It's time to talk about mental health, it's time to give it the voice it deserves and hopefully this Podcast can provide that. Hopefully this Podcast helps show others that they're not alone...Paul McGregor is an author, lecturer, a mental health advocate, husband, Father of 2 and avid Liverpool supporter. He shares daily content, giving mental health a voice across multiple social platforms and through speaking and workshops across the UK.<p style='color:grey; THE PAUL HALME AUDIO ADVENTURE Paul Halme Business, Fitness and Fun! The Paul Salamone Podcast Paul Salamone Berlin-based comedian Paul Salamone rants about pop culture, local geography, and books he's reading while playing cheap electronic music live on a synthesizer.
