The modern art of radio, remember that? It used to be just that very thing—an artform. The radio DJs would play these sets of songs, of varying lengths, and these sets would tell a musical story. These radio broadcasts were unique and tuning in could be an entertaining or inspiring experience for the listeners out there.

In those days of radio’s past, the radio disc jockeys could play whatever they wanted. The interview you’re about to hear is with AJ Lambert, and she is reminiscent of those days. A.J. Lambert was the host of a show called“Third Generation” on Sirius XM radio’s “Siriusly Sinatra” channel.

AJ Lambert? She’s also a musician and recording artist like her mother, Nancy Sinatra, late uncle Frank Sinatra, Jr. and of course, her grandfather Frank Sinatra. It almost goes without saying that Frank Sinatra remains one of the most renowned singers and entertainers of all time.

Before the interview begins, please remember that The Paul Leslie Hour is made possible by you, the listener. To be a patron of the spoken word, just go here.

So let’s get to it, yeah? Let’s hear A.J. Lambert’s very honest perspectives.

The Paul McGregor Podcast Paul McGregor On the 4th March 2009, my life changed forever. My Dad, the man I looked up too, the man who in my eyes had 'everything' on paper took his own life. After it happened I struggled to deal with the grief, I buried the pain and found myself asking the question 'why' over and over again. I too then found myself struggling with depression and anxiety. This Podcast is all about documenting not only my own personal journey to discovering more about mental health and suicide, but to also document other stories too. It's time to talk about mental health, it's time to give it the voice it deserves and hopefully this Podcast can provide that. Hopefully this Podcast helps show others that they're not alone...Paul McGregor is an author, lecturer, a mental health advocate, husband, Father of 2 and avid Liverpool supporter. He shares daily content, giving mental health a voice across multiple social platforms and through speaking and workshops across the UK.<p style='color:grey; THE PAUL HALME AUDIO ADVENTURE Paul Halme Business, Fitness and Fun!
