#82 ~ Conscious Relationships with Dene Logan

Today on the podcast, Kirsten is joined by Dene Logan. Dené Logan is a Marriage and Family Therapist, a group facilitator, and an author based in Los Angeles.  In addition to her work with clients in private practice, she is a mindfulness coach, a yoga teacher, a tenacious wisdom seeker and a California soul through and through. She is known for her nurturing presence and authenticity. Dené specialises in supporting couples in finding more fulfilment in their relationships and utilising her background in depth psychology to explore how each of us can reclaim the aspects of our authentic selves we’ve been societally conditioned to turn away from. She is passionate about facilitating group immersive experiences and retreats. Dené is also co-host of the podcast, Cheaper than Therapy.
