Charlotte Worthington is a superstar, a British Olympic champion, the first ever gold medalist in BMX freestyle, and nailed a full 360 degree jump during her triumph in Tokyo. But she's also told us she's struggled with her enjoyment of the sport since returning to action, and talks about Adam Peaty being an inspiration for speaking out about mental health challenges. But Worthington is now one of 177 Team GB athletes confirmed for the third European Games in Poland from June 21 to July 2.
