Sebastian starts the episode talking about something he saw on Tik Tok that is giving him nightmares.  Robbie thinks some self help advice is bad and tells Sebastian about the UBU assembly his high school used to put on.  They talk about NYC food places that are too social media focused.  They discuss the role vacations play in a relationship and want to see more vacay fights on instagram.  Sebastian imagines a more tragic ending to the Titanic.  There is a Paint and Pour next to the gym they go to.  They want to try it, but have some issues with the advice on the sign outside of it though.  Sebastian ends the episode telling a story from his past that needed to be revisited after he recently caught a glimpse of his ass in the mirror.  Come out to their live show, NY is PHENOMENAL this Friday July 9th!
