Op vakantie stappen we uit onze dagelijkse routine, begeven we ons vaak in onbekende situaties en die kunnen nogal eens stress oproepen. De laatste vakantie van Gertrudie en Sjan was daarin geen uitzondering en is een bron van inspiratie geweest voor deze podcast over vakantie- en relatiestress. Stress in vakanties doet ons vaak teruggrijpen naar oude overlevingsmechanismen. Zo merkte Gertrudie dat zij weer in de aanpassing ging, een vorm van bevriezen, waardoor ze veel minder ging communiceren en haar focus vooral richtte op het behalen van de gestelde doelen.
