82. The AND life

Join me today as I share with you what the AND life is and what is required to achieve it.  Your best life depends on it.  I will share with you why we sabotage in believing that in order to have an AND life something has to give, a ball has to drop.  I am going to dispel the myth that to have the level of success you want you will have to compromise something.  That your health and relationships will suffer in order to achieve the thing that you want.  How we have created a cognitive necessity by feeling pressured to live our life through a standard of either/or, leaving us all wanting MORE.    My hope is that we are creating a community by way of this podcast.  My goal is to teach this work to ONE MILLION people.
