There is a famous quote by psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor Viktor Frankl.Between stimulus and response there is a space.In that space is our power to choose our response.In our response lies our growth and our freedom.It epitomises our permission to choose. Permission is a powerful word. Perhaps the most significant Unlock Moment in my own life journey was to give myself the permission to explore a different path.There is power in the permission to act. To choose what happens next. But we need to find the space.
