83: Alan Eisenberg - Bullying Recovery

from It's All About the Questions · host Laura Steward

Bullying takes all forms and can happen to children and adults. It happens in schools, neighborhoods, families, the workplace and on the web. We hear on the news how bullying caused someone to commit suicide or change schools or act out in a horrible way against others in retaliation. We may have experienced bullying ourselves or even been the bully. Is bullying on the rise? How do we stop it? If you are being bullied is it possible to move past it? How do you gain awareness that you are being bullied or that you are a bully? My guest is a survivor of youth bullying and has learned the key to moving into his best life post-bullying.
