Send us Fan MailIn this episode of Delegate2Elevate: Get Sh!t Done, Bonnie Schutz sits down with Bobbie & Mika (“The Bees”), the mother-daughter duo behind Stories Office Bees, to talk delegation, operations support, and what founders often get wrong when they say they “need admin help.” They break down admin vs operations, explain how strong systems (SOPs, workflows, consistent customer communication) impact cash flow and client experience, and share how they tackle inbox organization, bookkeeping cleanup, and process improvements… including what it looks like to dive into a 15,000-email inbox. If you’re a small business owner, service provider, or founder trying to get time back, reduce back-office stress, and build a business that runs smoothly, this conversation delivers practical steps, real talk about trust, and a few mic-drop moments on what delegation requires to actually work.Learn more about The Bees here: https://www.storysofficebees.com/https://www.storysofficebees.com/Support the showGet your D2E Swag Here Find us on:D2EGSD on Youtube:D2EGSD Website:LinkedIn:Spotify:Find Your Service ProKeywords:#Productivity#Delegation#Outsourcing#Productivity#Leadership   #Viral
