Matthew Polly is the national bestselling author of American Shalin and Tapped Out. His newest book "Bruce Lee, A Life" is the biography of one of the most transformational celebrities the world has ever seen. In this episode Matt uncovers some of the fascinating stories of Bruce Lee. Sean and Matt also discuss Matt's journey from leaving Princeton to studying Kung Fu for two years at the Shalin Temple in China. A Princeton University graduate and Rhodes Scholar, he spent two years studying kung fu at the Shaolin Temple in Henan, China.
