Only 18 % of new makeup launches today include shades that adequately serve darker skin tones, a stark reminder that for many, the beauty shelf still says “not you.”In this episode, I welcome Rumbidzai “Rumbiie” Tamai, Zimbabwean-born and Australian raised, with more than 11 years as a makeup artist and educator and now founder of the inclusive beauty brand AnakaGlam.
