No one wants to admit that they aren't confidence in themselves or were not confident. & I whole heartedly understand that. & Honestly this episode is very VULNERABLE for me to share but I think it's important. As I recovered from my previous UC flare, I realized I handled things differently than 24-year-old me did, and it came down to this foundation of SELF WORTH that I have built. I remember 23/24 year old me just wanting to feel better about herself. She just wanted to not hate herself. I know 23/24 year old me is so RELIEVED that I finally have some self worth TODAY as a 28 year old woman.
