#83 How the Process of Manifestation Can Help You Heal & Recover (Cara goes woo)

from Love Your Bod Pod · host Cara Cifelli

OK!! Today I am getting woo on you. Although, in the episode, I argue that the process of Manifestation and the Law of Attraction aren't actually all that woo-woo, but rather really practical and make a lot of sense in a variety of contexts.  I share with you how I have been using the process of manifestation in my coaching without realizing it or intentionally going through it while I help people heal their relationship with food and their body. I share some examples of how you can apply it to recovery as well as how it can be used negatively and lead to a disordered relationship with food.   I bust a common myth about these New Age philosophies and show you how you can apply them to your own life to create massive change.  Lastly, I share some examples from my career to inspire those of you that are high-achieving! My goal is for you to leave feeling excited and with practical steps you can take to manifest whatever you want- recovery and a normal relationship with food included!  Find me on IG: @caraskitchen Learn about Coaching HERE Learn about The Embodied Rebel Academy HERE Apply for The ERA HERE
