Last week we hosted the Thrive 2021 Conference, a personal growth and leadership virtual conference completely free. This was my way to celebrate my milestone birthday and kick-start a new decade doing what I am most passionate about: investing in personal growth and sharing it with others.  His story is so inspiring and he shared a lot of amazing insights with all the participants of the conference around the topic of Identity Shift, which is also the name of his most recent book. Anthony grew up a Black adopted boy in a poor White family to beat the odds to become the man he is today: NFL athlete, American Ninja Warrior, and international speaker who has been featured in Success, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many more.
