83 - Immersive Cinema
from Guys on Film Podcast Hosted by guysonfilmpodcast
WOW! This month's classic episode is on immersive cinema! We're talking stereo, colour, 3d, 4dx, VR, AR... AND MORE! In Seggy One, we pitch each other some immersive film ideas (more than one including gutter-humour, you've been warned...)and in the Deep Dive, Olly takes us on a chronological journey through cinema's technological advancements for the sake of 'immersiveness' or is that 'immersion'? During all this, we learn that Iain falls asleep to the sound of hoovers and Olly uses terminology like 'day dot'. It's a wild one, and sets us up for a month of immersive podcasts! Prepare for a sonic assault on the senses.
