Jürgen Klopp current coach of Liverpool in the UK is a leader / coach that inspires Mike. I agree, me as well. I have seen Jürgen Klopp coach and speak. The way he presents and can utilize speech to build his leadership is amazing. It’s alive and driven by pure emotions on the field. While values are at the right spots. Mike agreed that the term BOSS is nowadays a term that shouldn’t be utilized. He even goes further and calls out the term manager. As a leader and providing leadership, Mike is with the Team, part of the team. They are all on the same level and Mike helps and assists. There would be no reaching of goals if the team wouldn’t be one. Together we are stronger. Mike breaks down the advantages in technology we have experienced within the last year due to the pandemic.
