It's generally accepted that a brewery needs some time to come into their own, get familiar with their equipment, their brand, their fans and really dial everything in. We completely went against that by chatting with Co-Owner Michael and Head Brewer Braden of Montreal's newest brewery, Microbrasserie 4 Origines, who had only been open 10 days as of the podcast. Why did we chat with them so soon? The fact that they had 1200 people respond to the Facebook event for their launch party and there was a 40 minute wait to get in most of the day was enough for us.
