She has a special interest in patient psychology including patient belief systems and patient expectations of healthcare services, particularly in private practice settings.After completing her physiotherapy training, Sarah went on to study Business and completed her Master's of Business Administration (MBA) before pursuing her PhD at Simon Fraser University in healthcare marketing. She continues to work clinically in an orthopedics/sports medicine clinic, teaches marketing and business strategy at two local universities, and sits on the Board of the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia as President-elect.
