84. A Little Announcement About the Show

Hey friend! I have a very short and sweet announcement to share about the show. Yes, I am taking a bit of a break from the podcast to work on my own self, to do more in-person reflexology, take care of my daughter and return back to my home care nursing job super super part-time.    Trying not to see this as weakness or me running away, but more as a time to strengthen my relationship with my body, with God, with my family, and to discern what this next season looks like for my business.   Thank you for all your support and for gathering here every week!
