84. AI Generated Characters w Hunter McIlmurray
from Dungeon Master's Apprentice Hosted by Theodore Giesen
The rise of artificial intelligence, for better or for worse, has been highly prevalent on social media as of late. While there are many ways in which it could be detrimental to artists and their livelihood, we thought it would be fairly harmless to use it to generate a character's backstory. In this episode, our guest Hunter, who is new to the game of D&D, generates a new backstory for his character after accidentally deleting his old one, and the final product is worth checking out. Of course, it wouldn't be an episode of DMA if we didn't have a quick round of Fiction Fixation at the end. As well, thank you to this week's sponsor, Newsly. And of course as always, thanks for listening! Let us know your stance on AI in D&D on Instagram @dungeonmasterpod!
