84: Cat Deeley on the Joy of Motherhood

If you're a fan of the hit show So You Think You Can Dance, you probably feel like I do, like you have a true friend in the show's host Cat Deeley. Cat has been in the entertainment industry for many years, first with MTV and now with SYTYCD but she also has another very important side of her private life, and that's her role as a mother. Cat recently wrote a beautiful children's book inspired by her two little boys called The Joy in You, and today I had the pleasure of sitting down with her to talk all about her inspiration behind the book and her ups and downs as a mother.
